You said it's time you say good-bye,
Because it is the right thing to do.
That you weren't good enough for me,
And that I deserved better than you.
I guess that the time is never right,
When you dint think much of yourself.
And spend your time pessimistically Dwelling,
That you've nothing to offer to anyone else.
Expectations are an indefinite part of life,
But I never did expect the world.
Just to be with you and enjoy our time,
And for you to love this small town girl.
But I do realize that well never be,
So to you,this poem I send.
And even if we don't have that love,
I will always see you "As A Friend"
