I won't pretend to know you, or to care.
I won't pretend I need you now, because when I actually did, you were never really there.
I won't pretend losing a friend doesn't hurt, but to stick around would be worse.
I won't pretend that I'm going to miss you, or the fake things you do.
I won't pretend that I'm going to need you ever again, or that this doesn't have to end.
I won't pretend your still my friend.
...Because friends don't treat people the way you do.
