It wouldn't be hard to see
If someone had just looked
her problems so blatantly obvious
the drugs on which she was hooked
But no one ever noticed
because no one ever cares
no one to lend a helping hand
no one to send her their prayers
The constant stream of tears
the way her head hung low
if someone had just looked
we could of fixed this long ago
this addiction was not that
she was calling for attention
and words never left her lips
in words she would not mention
a person she once was
invisible she felt she became
the girl in the back of the classroom
had finally lost her name
Fortunately this story will not end soon
Surprisingly it wont end in her death
because someone came around
she deserved life, and every sweet breath
The world is not as bad
as some make it out to be
no one said life's easy
in the end its worth is guaranteed
this girl walked out
with her head held high
an unbelievable smile
found beneath her bright eyes
she found herself addicted
to laughter, to it all
she found life is awesome
when u have friends to help u stand tall!
