Dead end

I don't know what to think
it's like our lives have changed in just one wink
We're not half as close as we used to be
all we do now is disagree

For many years we were best friends
but it looks as though we've come to a dead end
no more secrets to tell
all we do is yell
no more talking on the phone
our friendship has been postponed
no more hanging out Saturday afternoons
our friendship ended oh to soon

hopefully one day things will go back to the way they were
and our friendship will no longer be such a big blur
